The Making of Black Comics Workshop

As we continue to celebrate the preemie of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, join us and long time comic book creator Kenjji. as he teaches you how comic book characters and storylines are created. Both an adult and youth class are offered and you can RSVP for free by clicking HERE.
Learn more about the instructor: Kenjji is an freelance artist – more specifically he draws comics, caricatures, and cartoons. He grew up in Detroit’s Rosedale Park and cites Hip Hop and Detroit music culture as primary influences.
His father owned a video store which sparked an early appetite for visual storytelling and groomed his talent. His love for the Motor City goes back to an era when it was called GeekTown – Kenjji is proud to be a geek.
