WHAT’S NEXT FOR BACC

New Programs

In 2019, we have hosted 15 artist in our gallery for over 1,000 patrons. With your support we will continue to showcase 30 artist in 2020.

Artist Support

In 2019, we coached 20 women in the arts how to build a business for their artistry to earn profitable income. We intend to make this an annual tradition and coach 40 women in 2020.

Partnerships

Our 2019 Black Arts Festival included free musical performances, live art, community games & information and delicious food for free for over 2,000 patrons. A 25% increase from 2018. We invite you to get involved in the 2020 festival.

Help Us Create A Big Impact

The Irving S. Gilmore Foundation applauds our efforts and the belief that engaging arts, culture, and history are critical to a strong community.

For that reason, they have agreed to match funds donated to BACC during our 2019 Year End Fundraising Campaign.

We ask that you join us in impacting the community by contributing to the critical work that we carry out. Thank you in advance for supporting black arts and culture in Kalamazoo.
