A full day of live performances, shopping, great food and just an overall vibe! The Black Arts Festival is a community focused event that highlights black artistry and businesses. Art isn’t just an beautiful picture on the wall, but, culinary, dance, singing, rapping, crafting, weaving, beading, sculpting, drawing, painting, acting, and so much more….and that is what our festival aims to represent.

We all know the phrase ” the children are our future” and we want to highlight their talents! Youth Day is a day full of showing our community all that our kiddos are doing with live youth performances, youth vendors, activites and youth focused organizations, where families can learn more about the amazing opportunities we have here in our city!

This years festival will take place at Bronson Park in downtown Kalamazoo with performances, shopping, eating and an outdoor art gallery.
