  • Youth Day 2025

    The Black Arts & Cultural Center is excited to announce our 2025 Youth Day is back on July 11th from 12PM - 4 PM at Rockwell Park. Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of food, games, and activities for the whole family!

  • Imagine animation

    The Black Arts & Cultural Center is so excited to kick off our first ever Imagine Animation Summer Camp this year! Students, Grades 3-5 and 5-8. Students will create their very own stop motion film. Students will learn the basics of stop motion animation, character clay modeling, scene design, video editing and voice over work during this program.

  • Black Arts Festival

    Join us on Saturday, July 12th from 11AM–8PM at Bronson Park for a powerful day of performances, vendors, speakers, and food—all hosted by the Black Arts & Cultural Center. This vibrant festival is a celebration of Black creativity, culture, and community. You’re invited to experience the joy, art, and voices that shape Kalamazoo.
