Black Arts and Cultural Center will be participating in Chalk the Block Presented by Drue Salon and OutFront located right outside of the historic Kalamazoo State Theater, featuring Beats by DJ Dazzleship, the Kunty Kittens Drag Show with a sneak peek performance by Queer Theatre
