July 27 – Noon - 1:00 p.m. Kalamazoo Central Library Poetry Writing Workshop presented by Buddy Hannah 6:30 p.m. Poetry Reading Both events at the Kalamazoo Central Library in the Van Deusen Room Featured poets and open mic
July 28 – Noon Film Festival Kalamazoo Central Library in the Van Deusen Room This is an all day event from Noon - 8:00 p.m. All events held at the library are FREE
Events held at Arcadia Creek Festival Site (Water St/Edwards St) July 29 – 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Children’s Day FREE July 30 – 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Festival in the Park Headlining the evening’s performance is Pamela Wise and the Afro Cuban Jazz All Stars Fine Arts Invitation Reception held at the Gail Sydnor Gallery from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.July 31 – 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Festival in the Park Teen Special Performance begins at 1:00 p.m. August 1 – 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Gospel in the Park
ADMISSION: Friday FREE before 4 p.m., $3 before 7 p.m. Beginning at 7 p.m., $5 ($3 for school age youths; college students with id; senior citizens (62+) and BACC members).
Saturday FREE before 1 p.m., $3 before 7 p.m. Beginning at 7 p.m., $5 ($3 for school age youths; college students with id; senior citizens (62+) and BACC members). Sunday FREE before 1 p.m., $2 ages 12 & over; $1 for BACC members. FREE for youths under age 12 with attending parent.
