Festival Days in the Park, July 30–August 1, 2010Arcadia Festival Place, 114 East Water StreetKalamazoo, MI 49007VENDOR INFORMATION & REGISTRATION General Information: The Kalamazoo Black Arts Festival is a 7-day event that showcases and shares African American art, culture and entertainment with the southwest Michigan area. All products, information and activities offered during the festival must reflect this purpose. Vendors are a part of the last three days of the Black Arts Festival which are called Festival Days in the Park. For 2010, these days are July 30-August 1. Location: Arcadia Festival Place 114 East Water Street Kalamazoo, MI 49007 Vendor fees: Food Vendor $250 (vendor sites A - O) Arts & Craft Vendor $175 (vendor sites 1—37) Information Vendor $75 (No selling; sites assigned) Vendor fees include: - 10’ x 10’ space for Information and Arts & Crafts vendors or 20’ x 10’ space for food vendors - Electricity during festival hours (Vendor supplies extension cord) - Water during festival hours - Security during non-festival hours - $25 refundable cleaning fee for Arts & Craft and Food vendors. The $25 will be returned to vendor if space is clean at the end of the Festival. Onsite Parking (optional) - $25 for the weekend. One parking space per vendor while supplies last. Vendors may use the space for vehicles that hold extra inventory. Arts & Craft and Food Vendors may choose their vendor sites. See "site map" for choices. Please give 3 choices on registration form. First come, first served. All Information vendor sites will be assigned.
